Golden Crystal Homes have recently re-located and launched our new construction office, and now integrated it with our property showroom in Altinkum.
We are now able to provide the same professional & personal service to all our customers from the one office.

Our step by step plan enables our customers to have an input into the location & design of their ideal Turkish holiday home or permanent residence.
We are able to help with the location & purchasing of an appropriate plot of land suitable for customers preferences and needs.

We have drafts and plans for the properties; at this early phase of planning our clients do have the opportunity to have their own input of ideas and are able to discuss their own specifications required.

When agreements have been made regarding the design and planning of the property, construction will commence. We always endeavor to keep all our customers updated & informed at every stage of the building work. Construction normally takes 6 months for a villa.

When all the structural building work has been completed and the interior fixtures and fittings have been installed to our customers individual choices of design & color, (if our customers would like to upgrade the interior fittings this can be done, however, this will be at an extra cost), again we keep our clients updated throughout the work sending photographs by e-mail or telephone calls.

Finally when all the construction and interior fixtures and fittings have been completed, and our customers are happy with their new home, we will then help with the organizing and furnishing of their new home. Crystal Homes have developed a good working relationship with some shops and can help you to negotiate a fair price.

Finally we will provide a complete efficient property management service for all our customers with 100% guarantee of satisfaction and service. The property will be looked after and checked regularly to make sure that everything is in order during their absence. When our customers, or customers guests are visiting, we can arrange to have the property cleaned and prepared and even provide a welcome pack of groceries so that their holiday can start immediately, without the need for making up beds or having to shop for basic supplies as soon as they arrive.
